BJP's Member of Parliament from East Delhi Maheish Girri, who is on a hunger strike outside Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's house, performed yoga exercises there to mark the second International Yoga Day on Tuesday.
Mr Girri has been on hunger strike outside Mr Kejriwal's residence from Sunday after the Delhi Chief Minister declined to join in an open debate over his accusation that the BJP leader was involved in murder of a New Delhi Municipal Council officer.
New Delhi Municipal Council's estate officer MM Khan was shot dead in Delhi's Jamia Nagar area on May 16 - a day before he was expected to pass an order on the terms of the lease of The Connaught, a four-star hotel.
Mr Kejriwal had reiterated his demand for the arrest of Mr Girri and urged Delhi Police to probe the relationship between Mr Girri and hotelier Ramesh Kakkar, who ran The Connaught and is the main accused in the murder of Mr Khan.
