Delhi residents woke up to an overcast morning today with the minimum temperature settling at 11.5 degrees Celsius, four notches above normal, even as the weatherman has predicted light showers in some parts in evening.
"The minimum temperature was recorded at 8.30 am at 11.5 degrees Celsius, four notches above normal. The humidity was recorded at 98 per cent," a MeT official said.
