The Delhi government on Tuesday decided to install an emergency alarm system in the low floor buses of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC).
"The buses will have a panic button which will be linked to a global positioning system. When pressed, the button will send a signal to police," Delhi Transport Minister Ramakant Goswami told sources.
