It will be a partly cloudy day in New Delhi with possibility of light rain in some areas, the Meteorological Office said.
"The sky will be partly cloudy. One or two spells of very light rain or thunderstorm could occur in some areas," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The minimum temperature settled at 26 degrees Celsius - two notches below the season's average, while the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 36 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 am was 69 per cent.
Monday's maximum temperature was 35.9 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season's average, while the minimum temperature was 25.5 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
