New Delhi: A consignment of party drug 'Meow Meow' worth Rs 20 crore was seized by the police in Delhi today and eight people were arrested for supplying the drug.
Meow Meow or Mephredrine is either injected or inhaled or mixed in energy drinks.
The main accused, a man called Kailash from Maharashtra, is missing. The police believe he is in Dubai.
The role of a customs officer from Delhi, who is an inspector, is also being investigated. He has been missing for two days.
Last month, drugs worth around Rs 90 lakh were seized from three persons in Gujarat allegedly linked to a Mumbai-based Nigerian drug racket.
