Delhi woke up to a pleasant but cloudy morning today, with forecast of rain in parts of the national capital later in the day.
"The skies will remain generally cloudy with rain and thunderstorm to occur soon in the city," an India Meteorological Department (IMD) official said.
The minimum temperature today was 26.9 degrees Celsius, average for this time of the year.
The day is expected to be pleasant. The IMD has forecast a maximum temperature of 33 degrees Celsius.
The maximum temperature on Tuesday was 33.1 degrees Celsius, a notch below average.
Humidity at 8.30 am today was 82 percent.
The national capital has recorded 431.4 mm of rain since the monsoon began, arriving in Delhi earlier than usual this year, in June.
