Pleasant morning in Delhi

It was a pleasant morning in the capital today with a minimum temperature of 9.8 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
The Met Office has forecast the sky will be clear in the day.
"There was shallow fog in the morning. However, the sky during the day will be mainly clear," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 27 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 88 per cent.
Yesterday's maximum temperature was 27.2 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum was 9.8 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
