It was a pleasant morning in New Delhi today.
"The sky will be mainly clear today (Thursday) and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 28 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The day's minimum temperature settled at 13 degrees Celsius -- four degrees above the season's average.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 73 per cent.
Wednesday was warm with the maximum temperature settling three notches above the season's average at 28.1 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was recorded five notches above the season's average at 14 degrees Celsius.
