It was a sunny Saturday morning in Delhi with a minimum temperature of 27.6 degrees Celsius, a degree above the season's average. The Met Office has forecast light rainfall in some areas later today.
"The day will be partly cloudy and some parts of the city may get light rain and thunderstorm," the Met Office said.
The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 35 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 82 percent.
Friday was hot with a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, two degrees above the season's average while the minimum was 27.6 degrees Celsius, a degree above the season's average.
