New Delhi:
The CEO of a prominent gym with branches across India has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman.
The accused, Scottish national Crispin Lamont, is the CEO of Ozone Fitness 'n' Spa. Ozone has at least six centres in and around Delhi. Its corporate office is located in South Delhi's upscale Defence Colony.
The woman, who stays in CR Park in South Delhi, has said in her complaint to the police that she met the accused on Facebook.
She has alleged that he sexually assaulted her for five months after promising to marry her, but later ended the relationship.
A first information report or FIR has been filed in the case. The accused was arrested last night.
In a statement Ozone said, "Dr Lamont had joined us about four months back and we have terminated his services with immediate effect."
