New Delhi:
A six-year-old girl was raped by a man in Naraina in southwest Delhi.
The incident happened on Tuesday when the girl had ventured out of her home to get sweets being distributed during the Ganesh festival in her locality.
Finding her alone near a park, a man lured her by offering her chocolates. He then took her to a secluded spot where he allegedly raped her.
She was later found by some locals who saw her crying.
The minor was later admitted to a hospital near Karol Bagh and will have to undergo a minor surgery.
The accused, meanwhile, is still absconding.
