New Delhi: One person was killed and two others seriously injured after a speeding Audi SUV hit a dumper truck in central Delhi's Barakhambha Road late last night. Such was the force of the impact that the front end of the car was completely crushed.
There were four people inside the Audi, who were returning home after attending a wedding.
It took the police a half an hour to pull the driver of the SUV out of the vehicle; he was declared brought dead when taken to the nearby Ram Manohar Lohia hospital.
Two others are battling for life and one of them has also lost vision in one of his eye.
