It was a sunny morning today in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 26 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the Meteorological Office said.
"The sky would remain partly cloudy throughout the day. Light rain or thundershowers could occur in some areas of the city," an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius.

Sunday's maximum temperature was recorded at 36.5 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature settled at 26.2 degrees Celsius, two notches above the average of this time of the season.
