It was a Sunny morning in Delhi today with the minimum temperature recorded at 24.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average, the weather office said.
The sky would remain partly cloudy throughout the day with thunder/lightening likely to occur towards the evening, an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
"Haze is likely to occur next (Saturday) morning," the official said.
The Maximum temperature is likely to hover around 39 degrees Celsius, he said.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 am was recorded at 38 per cent.
Thursday's maximum temperature settled at 38.6 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.8 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average.
