New Delhi:
A 75-year-old woman and her daughter were charred to death when their house caught fire in new Delhi on Tuesday, police said.
The incident was reported from Rajouri Garden and the deceased has been identified as Swarna Kaur and her daughter Balbir Kaur, 50.
Fire tenders were rushed to the spot which doused the flames in half an hour.
Charred bodies of the mother-daughter duo were recovered later.
Investigations are on to ascertain the cause of fire.
