New Delhi: Two Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) students were killed after the car they were travelling in collided against an electric pole in New Delhi, police said in New Delhi on Friday.
The accident was reported from west Delhi's Chhawla area around 4.30 p.m. on Thursday.
Anup, 24, and Abhhimanyu, 24, were rushed to the Rao Tula Ram Memorial Hospital, where they were declared dead.
Initial investigation revealed that they were travelling at a high speed and collided against the roadside electric pole.
Anup, the owner of the car, left his Najafgarh house on Thursday evening and picked up Abhimanyu from his Rewla Khanpur house. The accident occurred near Abhimanyu's house.
