A wrestler wanted in connection with murder case in Haryana was arrested in the national capital, police said on Thursday.
Sunder Lal alias Pallu, a resident of Jhajjar, was apprehended from Rohini recently on a tip off, Ashok Chand, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) said.
He is wanted in two cases of attempt to murder in Haryana.
"Lal in November last year along with his associates killed one Om Prakash at his hotel in Haryana over a financial dispute. Since then he is absconding," Chand said.
He is a wrestler by profession and forcibly settled the disputes between two groups in his village. He was also allegedly involved in two cases of attempt to murder.
