Yamuna above danger mark: Roads to avoid in Delhi
New Delhi: The Delhi Traffic Police issued an advisory late on Wednesday for the residents of the national capital on roads to avoid with the water level of the Yamuna rising due to incessant rains in north India.

The traffic police on Twitter said, people should try to avoid the Ring Road near the Inter State Bus Terminus (ISBT) due to the rise in the water level. The traffic in the area has also risen due to the closing of the Loha Pul, the city's 145-year-old railway bridge.

It also said a breakdown in the carriageway going from Badarpur towards Ashram has resulted in heavy jam.
