CBSE 10th Result 2021 Live Updates: Class 10, 12 Exams Date For Private Candidates Announced

The CBSE will conduct an optional exam for students who want to improve their scores can take it. Details of the optional exam, and registration forms will be released along with CBSE 10th result 2021.

• Go to digilocker.gov.in.

• Under the ‘education’ section, click on ‘Central Board Of Secondary Education’.

• Select Class 10 passing certificate or Class 10 marksheet.

• Login using the mobile number registered with CBSE to access CBSE Class 10 result 2021.

Students can use DigiLocker to download CBSE Class 10 results. Last year, when the official website was down, many were able to access their results from the DigiLocker website.

Undergraduate admissions at universities will begin after the declaration of CBSE Class 12 result. The University Grants Commission (UGC) said UG admissions will be completed by September-end. 

The pass percentage among girls was 93.31 per cent in CBSE Class 10 result last year. Among boys, the percentage was 90.14 per cent. The pass percentage of transgender students was 78.95 per cent.

If a school fails to meet the CBSE Class 12 result moderation deadline, their results will be declared separately, the board said on Wednesday.

The CBSE has extended the last date for the schools to finalise the Class 12 results. Schools can now submit data up to 5 pm on July 25.

CBSE Classes 10, 12 exams for private candidates will be conducted from August 16 to September 15.  

UGC and CBSE are looking into the interest of all the students and UGC will be synchronizing the admission schedule based on the result of these students as it was done by UGC in 2020, CBSE notice read. 

The Board will conduct the exams for the private category of students between August 16, 2021, and September 15, 2021. "There result will also be declared in the minimum possible time to avoid any difficulty to them in admission in higher education. The notification in this regard will be issued soon," CBSE has said. 

CBSE has extended the last date from July 22 to July 25 (5 PM) to complete the moderation. It is requested that the schools may continue to work towards compiling the result by completing the moderation to avoid any last minute rush. In case, any school is left to complete the moderation, the result of such schools will be declared separately," CBSE official notice said.

The education board has opened a portal for the schools to upload marks as per the CBSE Class 12 moderation policy. The portal for moderation and finalization of Class 12 results will remain open till July 22, 2021.
