New Delhi: Now that CBSE has concluded the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2017, the biggest question looming in student's mind is when will the results be out and what will be the cutoff. Their anxiety is justifiable as NEET (UG)  is the only exam now in India conducted for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. The NEET exam was conducted on May 7 in pen-paper mode. Though there were reports of inconsistency in conducting the exam, the exam is finally over and students are now waiting for the board to release the answer keys.

In due time, the board will display images of OMR sheet and official answer key on the official website. Students who are not satisfied or find any discrepancy in either the image of their OMR sheet or the official answer key can submit a challenge for the same on payment of Rs. 100 per response/ answer challenged. The schedule for OMR image and answer key display will be updated on the NEET official website.

After the challenges submitted by candidates, if any, are resolved by the board, the result will be declared. According to the schedule on the NEET website, the tentative date for NEET result declaration is June 8, 2017.
