Ayushi Srivastava (Lucknow), Devesh Lakhotia (Kolkata), Rishika Dhariwal (Mumbai) and Keerthana Srikant (Gurgaon) came second with 99.25% in the class 12 examination.
Five students - Ananth Kothari (Kolkata), Deepthi S (Dehradun), Sougata Chowdhury (Kolkata), Vedanshi Gupta and Yukta Meena (Lucknow) - have jointly bagged the their position with 99 per cent marks, reported PTI.
Students who appeared for the class 10th or class 12th board exam conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination can check their results now at the official website, cisce.org.
The result was declared in a Press Conference held at the Council's office in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Continuing the past year trends, girls have outshone the boys in ISC results. CISCE has declared results of total 988 ISC schools.In ISC, 33,930 girls candidates appeared and passed 33,161 exam.
Out of the 39,703 boys appeared, 37,872 candidates qualified for the higher education.
In Delhi-NCR, the pass percentage stood at 97.72% for 31 ISC schools, the CISCE council declared results of total 1978.
In terms of region-wise performance, the southern region recorded the highest pass percentage in class 12.
The schools abroad have recorded 100 per cent pass percentage in both the classes.
In ICSE, the All India topper this year is Muskan Abdullah Pathan from Hutchings High School, Pune who has scored a coveted 99.4% marks in the exam.
Sharing the first place with Muskan is Ashwin Rao from St. Paul's Englsih School, JP Nagar, Bengaluru who has also scored 99.4% marks.
