State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has postponed the Maharashtra MCA CET. MAH MCA CET 2020 was scheduled on April 30, 2020. MAH MCA CET is held for admission to MCA courses offered at university departments and institutes in Maharashtra.
The exam will be rescheduled later after lockdown and assessment of the prevailing situation. The new date will be displayed on the official website in due course of time.
The CET Cell had earlier postponed the MHT CET 2020 examination. MHT CET exam was scheduled from April 13 to April 23, 2020. It is held for admission to undergraduate professional programmes in engineering, pharmacy, agriculture etc.
CET Cell had also extended the application deadline for the following entrance examinations:
- MAH B.P.Ed. CET 2020
- MAH B.Ed. M.Ed. Integrated Course CET 2020
- MAH M.P.Ed. CET 2020
- MAH BA/B.Sc. B.Ed. Integrated Course CET 2020
- MAH M.Ed. CET 2020
Apart from extending application deadlines and postponing examinations, the CET Cell had earlier also postponed the declaration of MAH MBA CET 2020 exam result. The result was expected on March 31 but was deferred.
The 21-day lockdown which was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 25 was extended till May 3. The lockdown extension means that educational institutes will remain close until May 3 and entrance exams will be further delayed.
