The University of Delhi has issued the round 2 allocation list for extra-curricular activities (ECA), Sports and CW quota admission in undergraduate (UG) programmes. Candidates who have applied for DU UG admission under ECA, Sports and CW quota can check the round 2 allocation lists on the official website-- admission.uod.ac.in. The university will provide admission to selected candidates on supernumerary quota seats on the basis of second round allocation.
As per DU's official release, 12 categories are being admitted through the ECA supernumerary quotas (except NCC and NSS). The university has conducted the physical trial of DU ECA supernumerary quota seats between October 19 and October 26, 2022. While preparing the DU UG round 2 allocation, the university has considered ECA score of 75 marks for 12 categories, 60 marks on the basis of physical test and 15 marks on the basis of certificates submitted.
Candidates need to select the 'Accept' option against the round 2 allocation through the candidate's dashboard to confirm the allotment. About 252 candidates have been shortlisted in DU ECA round 2 allocation, 112 candidates have been selected in sports category and 1,070 candidates have been shortlisted in CW category.
"Aspirants seeking admission through ECA Supernumerary quota will have to mandatorily submit an Undertaking at the time of admission, stating that for the entire period of their UG programme, they will participate in the activities for the college and the university under the ECA category for which s/he has been admitted in the college, failing which the College has the right to cancel the admission of the candidate anytime during the entire duration of the course of study," DU said in an official statement.
