GATE 2018 Registration: Last Date On 9 October, Apply Now

Online registration portal for GATE 2018 will close tomorrow (9 October 2017). Candidates who have not applied for it yet, are suggested to apply at the earliest and avoid technical issues. The registration link will remain active till 20.00 hours tomorrow. GATE 2018 examination is scheduled to be held on February, 3, 4, 10 and 11 next year and according to the schedule published by IIT Guwahati - the official organiser of the exam -, the results will be published in March 2018.

In another development GATE 2018 conducting bodies have notified candidates that in case the application reads 'under scrutiny', candidates need not worry. "The scrutiny process will continue even after the application portal is closed," said the update.
In another update, applicants have been relaxed from mandatory verification of email address and mobile number. "Due to last minute rush, the mandatory verification of email and mobile number (before submitting the GATE application form) is relaxed. You will be able to submit the application form now without verifying the email address and mobile number. Also make the payment before due date. However, you need to verify the email and mobile number later by login to GOAPS," said the update from GATE 2018 official portal.
