ICMAI December 2016 Term Results To Be Out Today
New Delhi:
The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), a statutory body under an act of Parliament will release the results for December 2016 Term of examination today evening. The results of the examination will be available on 21-Feb-2017 late evening at the following servers: http://www.examicai.in and https://www.examicmai.org. Candidates who appeared in December 2016 Term Exam are requested to visit the above links directly for the result.
ICMAI conducts Foundation and Intermediate courses.
Foundation Course:
Admission to foundation course of ICAI is open throughout the year. However, students wish to appear for June Term Examination should apply before 31st January of that year and for December Term Examination the students should apply before 31st July of that year.
Intermediate:
Registration for the ICAI Intermediate course is open throughout the year However, Students desirous to appear for June Term Examination should apply before 31st January of that year and for December Term Examination should apply before 31st July of that year.
According to the institute website, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India earlier) was first established in 1944 as a registered company under the Companies Act with the objects of promoting, regulating and developing the profession of Cost Accountancy.
On 28th May, 1959, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India was established by a special act of Parliament, namely, the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 as a statutory professional body for the regulation of the profession of cost and management accountancy.
