JEE Advanced 2020 has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. JEE Advanced, which is held for admission to IITs, was earlier scheduled on May 17, 2020. One essential criteria for JEE Advanced is that the candidate must be among the top 2,50,000 rank-holders in JEE Main exam. JEE Main April exam has also been postponed.
While, the JEE Advanced exam will not be held until JEE Main April exam is held and its results are declared, students can take this time to prepare for JEE Advanced exam.
Like JEE Main, JEE Advanced exam is held in computer-based mode but unlike JEE Main, this exam has two papers. Each paper is of three hour duration and is compulsory. Each paper will have three separate sections - Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Students aspiring for JEE Advanced exam can check detailed syllabus here.
One way to prepare for the examinations which is also vouched for by experts is solving previous year papers. Students can find JEE Advanced question papers from the year 2007 till last year on the official website.

With digital resources at hand, students can also access IIT PAL videos which are tutorials prepared by IIT professors on topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Students can refer to these videos as well to understand a topic and clarify their doubts.
