Kerala Higher Secondary Admissions 2017: Plus One First Allotment List Released

Kerala Higher Secondary Admission for the academic session 2017-2018 has begun. The first allotment list for plus one has also been declared. Students who had applied for the same can check their result at the official website hscap.kerala.gov.in.

New Delhi: Kerala Higher Secondary Admission for the academic session 2017-2018 has begun. The first allotment list has also been declared. Students who had applied for the same can check their result at the official website hscap.kerala.gov.in. Students can check the result of the first allotment by using their application number, date of birth and district as logins. A total of 496347 applications were received against 288954 seats in the first allotment. A total of 51034 seats are vacant, as of now.
The first allotment list is for admission to Plus one higher secondary courses. The admission process and the subsequent first allotment list have been prepared on the basis of the performance of students in the secondary board exam.

Admission to the courses for selected candidates will be held on 19 and 20 June 2017.

Kerala SSLC result was declared on 5 May 2017. 95.99 per cent students had qualified the exam. Out of the total number of students who had appeared for the exam, more than 4 lakh had qualified. The exam had begun on 8 March 2017 at 2933 centres in the State and 9 centres in Lakshadweep and the Gulf region. The Board had started the evaluation process on April. This year the Board had delayed the SSLC result date by almost 10 days.
