NIOS D.El.Ed Teachers Identity Card Available @ Dled.nios.ac.in, Download Now

The identity cards of the D.El.Ed. registered teachers verified by principals are available on the official website of NIOS D.El.Ed. The identity cards can be accessed from the NIOS D.El.Ed. portal using the teacher login details. Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed or DElEd) programme is designed by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) on the initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. This has been designed and developed by NIOS in ODL mode for un-trained in-service teachers at elementary level. The D.EI.Ed course of NIOS is also approved by National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE).
About 12 Lakhs untrained in-service teachers have registered with NIOS for D.EI.Ed course all over India.

The Parliament has given one time relaxation to the mandatory condition of two years of teaching experience to pursue D.EI.Ed through distance mode (as per the amendment to the Section 23(2) of the RTE Act).
In a message posted on the official website of NIOS, the Chairman has congratulated the teacher for their admission.
Now, according to the Chairman, NIOS is working on the allotment of contact centres for the registered teachers. The teachers will be provided personal contacts for the course in such centres. In each contact centre, a teacher will provide lecturers and will answer all the queries from the teachers.
