"There has been a unanimous decision of withdrawing the no-detention policy from the Right to Education Act 2009," the Union Minister of State for HRD said here.

He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has decided to transform 20 universities of the country into world class ones and the ministry was working in this direction.

To a question, Pandey, who hails from Uttar Pradesh, said construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya would be done within the framework of the law.
