PSEB 10th Result 2017 Announced

PSEB 10th results and merit lists have been announced at pseb.ac.in. According to Punjab Secondary Education Board (PSEB) Chairman S. Balbir Singh Dhol, the individual results will be hosted in the results website tomorrow. The merit list is available in .pdf format for candidates to refer. Though reports of topper's name, subject wise performance, overall performance has been released by the Board, the result hosting website indiaresults.com also stated that the result link will be activated on 23 May 2017 at 9.00 am.
A total of 3.30 lakh students had appeared in the class 10 examination, of which 1.90 lakh students passed the exam while 45,734 students failed and 94,271 students got re-appear, reported PTI.
In addition to this, students should also wait, in case the official website is delaying to respond. Due to heavy rush at a time, it is likely that the website may show issue.
PSEB 10th Result 2017: Key Highlights
"Their strenuous efforts have borne fruit for which their parents as well as the teachers also deserve credit. I wish them well for their future endeavours," Education Minister Aruna Chaudhary said after the results declaration.
According to PTI, she also thanked the board for its efforts to provide quality education and infrastructure to the students.
The supplementary exams of the students placed under compartment shall begin from June 24. The supplementary exams of the students placed under compartment in 1 or 2 subjects will commence from June 24 and the results will be declared by July 31 in order to enable them to take admission in the next class or a new course, the minister said.

Enter your Class 10 exam details in the given space
See your results
The students will have to get the official mark sheets for the further official uses.

- The overall pass percentage stood at 57.50
- Exam results have been withheld for 431 candidates
- Girls have fared well than boys with a pass percentage of 63.97
- 96315 boys qualified the exam (52.35 pass percentage)
- Rural and urban students are at par in the performance
- Ludhiana has the maximum number of merit holders (113)
- 37963 candidates have scored more than 80% marks
