Bangalore: Aam Aadmi Party or AAP chief, Arvind Kejriwal, took his roadshow to the city of Bangalore on Saturday ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
It was another busy day for him as he criss-crossed Bangalore to drum up support and votes for the Aam Aadmi Party.
He started in the north of Bangalore in Hebbal - but unlike his visit to Mumbai - in Bangalore he stuck to private transport as he travelled through the city.
Mr Kejriwal said his party needed to defeat the BJP and the Congress - a view endorsed by the AAP volunteers who travelled with him.
The party is taking Bangalore seriously, fielding candidates in all three city constituencies, north, central and south.
After the havoc in Mumbai during Mr Kejriwal's travels through that city - Bangalore's authorities promised it would not be the same situation - and it was a less disruptive affair.
Bangalore has been a city on which the Aam Aadmi Party has pinned its hopes. Will their anti-corruption platform strike a chord in a state that has seen corruption on a massive scale? The Aam Aadmi Team certainly hopes so.
