The BJP leader is a real heavyweight, having been the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh twice. A three-term member of the Lok Sabha, Mr Kumar has been fielded from his old constituency of Kangra, where he faces off with Rajan Sushant, a BJP rebel who has now joined Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party. Mr Sushant had won in 2009 as the BJP candidate, but was expelled from the party later.
