Pawan Kumar Bansal, a four-term MP who had to resign from the Union Cabinet last year after his nephew was caught accepting a bribe for arranging a plum posting for a senior railway official, is being challenged in Chandigarh by two women with links to the film world - Kirron Kher and Gul Panag.
