Balloting is being held at 19,444 polling booths. A total of 155,552 officials have been tasked to hold polling.
Over 16 million electors, including more than eight million women, are eligible to exercise their franchise.
This is the third and final round of polling in the state. The first two phases saw voting in 19 constituencies.
