Bihar, with 40 Lok Sabha seats, is expected to see one of the most exciting contests this time. On one side is the NDA alliance that comprises BJP, JDU, Chirag Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), among others, which won 39 out of the 40 seats in the state in 2019.
The INDIA Opposition bloc, which is taking on the NDA, comprises the Congress, Rashtriya Janata Dal and Left parties.
Polling is Bihar was held across the seven phases of this Lok Sabha election.
Among the key candidates in the politically-significant state are BJP veteran Ravi Shankar Prasad, RJD patriarch Lalu Yadav's daughters Misa Bharti -- also a Rajya Sabha MP -- and Rohini Acharya and Union Ministers Giriraj Singh and Ram Kripal Yadav.
