About Gujarat Lok Sabha Election Results

Gujarat, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's home state, voted on May 7 in the third phase of the general elections 2024. The state has 26 lok sabha seats, out of which two are reserved for scheduled caste candidates -- Kutch and Ahmedabad West, and four for scheduled tribe candidates -- Dahod, Chhota Udaipur, Bardoli, and Valsad.

The other 20 constituencies are; Banaskantha, Patan, Mahesana, Sabarkantha, Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad East, Surendranagar, Rajkot, Porbandar, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Anand, Kheda, Panchmahal, Vadodara, Bharuch, Surat, Navsari.

With the literacy rate of 78 per cent, the Gujarat has a significant number of women voters. Gujarat has around 4.47 crore voters, out of which 2.32 crore are men and 2.14 crore are women.
