The Farah Khan-directed film, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Sushmita Sen, Zayed Khan, Amrita Rao and Sunil Shetty, is celebrating a decade plus one.
SRK played Major Ram Prasad Sharma, charged with protecting both a peace project with Pakistan and the daughter of the commander heading the project. This involves him going undercover at a school, as a student.
He took the train:
Fell in love with his chemistry teacher:
Found and buried the hatchet with his long lost half-brother:
And saved the world at large from a spitting teacher, a knitting teacher, and a teacher who turned out to be the villain and not a teacher at all.
On Twitter, director Farah Khan addressed requests for a sequel:
Main Hoon Na was SRK's first film with Farah. They later made
Om Shanti Om together and, most recently,
Happy New Year.
