A first in India, Telugu film Vennela 1 1/2 to have live interval

According to director Vennela Kishore, Vennela 1 1/2 has been termed as the first movie in India with live interval concept

  • "This is a concept in which the film will run through the intermission, and in this interim, comedians Brahmanadam and Kishore will provide some laughter moments for people who prefer to stay back," a close source told IANS.
  • Vennela 1 1/2 was recently passed by the censor board with an A certificate with no cuts.
  • The adult rating was given due to use of some derogatory words that were considered crudely funny in the film.
  • The film features Chaitanya Krishna and Monal Gajjar in lead roles.
  • Kishore, Brahmanadam, Raghubabu, Master Bharat, Harish Vennela Madhu and Sravan Giridhar will be seen in important roles.
  • Sunil Kashyap has composed the music for the movie.
