Aamir Khan plays a cop in the movie

Superstar Aamir Khan took swimminglessons to prepare for a key scene in his upcoming thrillerTalaash.
Aamir, 47, who did not know swimming at all, also learnedunderwater swimming, which is more difficult than the regularone, for his character of Inspector Surjan Singh Shekhawat.
"Actually Dave (trainer) is helping me prepare underwater sequence, he is helping me with breathing exerciseswhich increases my lung power and allows me to stay underwater for longer," Aamir had said.
Director Reema Kagti was impressed with Aamir's divingskill while shooting the movie. The water scenes have beenshot in London.
Also starring Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukherji, the filmhits theatres this Friday.
