Veteran actress Jaya Bachchan, who has never spoken about her six-month-old grand daughter Aaradhya to the media, was all praise for her daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, calling her a "hands-on" mom.
Jaya Bachchan, who is in UK currently, told a (Radio channel) in Leicester that she often teases the former Miss World by calling her a nurse to her grand daughter: "I think that Aishwarya (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan) does a very good job of the hands down mummy, And sometimes I tease her and I say, well Aaradhya is a very lucky girl - can you imagine having a nurse like Miss World Aishwarya."The Rajya Sabha MP said she now wants Ash to go back to work.
"I would like her to start going out but she is absolutely handsdown and doesn't depend on anybody. I think which is great," she said.
Ash is on a sabbatical ever since her pregnancy was announced by father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan on Twitter in June last year.
