- Directed by Mahesh Bhatt, Rahul Roy and Anu Agarwal starrer Aashiqui was not only a box office success, all the songs from the film, including Ek Sanam Chahiye and Nazar Ke Saamne Jigar Ke, were super hits. Earlier, Suri had announced that he would make the film with fresh faces.
