Actor Abhishek Bachchan is looking beyond Bollywood and here is why. Maharashtra Governor CH Vidyasagar Rao nominated the actor as one of the nine people he has chosen to be goodwill ambassadors to implement Swachhata Abhiyan in the state.
The other eight goodwill ambassadors include Director of Aditya Birla Group Rajshree Birla, shooter Anjali Bhagwat, the teenager who lost her arms in a tragic train accident - Monika More, great grandson of Mahatma Gandhi Tushar Gandhi and social reformer Dattatreya Narayan Alias Appasaheb Dharmadhikari.
Abhishek was also nominated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his Twitter post that read:

Apart from actively participating towards making the state and the country cleaner, Abhishek has been involved in various collaborations as well, be it owning a kabaddi team or co-owning a football club in Indian Super League (ISL).
His love for sports will soon be seen on the silver screen as he might be playing the role of cricketer Yuvraj Singh in a biopic based on his life. The film will be produced by Abhishek.
