Abhishek Bachchan and Rohan Sippy are two of the thickest friends in Bollywood. The two, who have known each other since their childhood days, worked together in Kuch Naa Kaho, Bluffmaster! and Dum Maaro Dum. And when it came to the director's next with Ayushmann Khurrana, Rohan once again called for Abhishek - this time to shoot a cameo in his film.
It was shot at Liberty cinema in South Mumbai. A source says, "Abhishek's debut film Refugee was premiered at Liberty. Rohan was with Abhi when he was a nervous wreck."
Says Rohan, "This was a quick film, so I suggested he make a cameo. We shot the scene at Liberty. It held a lot of memories for us and naturally the shoot was fun."
Rohan also considers AB his lucky mascot. He adds, "I am lucky to have him as my friend. We share the same thoughts and ideas. He is one of the wittiest persons I have ever met and has a great sense of coming up with the best one-liner."
AB will be making his appearance in one of the music tracks in the film. The director says, "Hopefully, we will get him to sing in our next film." The actor made his singing debut in Rohan's Bluffmaster!.
