Abhishek Bachchan plays a police officer while Aamir Khan plays a villain in Dhoom: 3
Mumbai:
Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan is all praise for his Dhoom: 3 co-actor Aamir Khan and says the latter's role in the upcoming film will remain etched in people's memories for many years.
The third instalment of the action-thriller series, directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Aditya Chopra, will hit theatres on December 20.
Abhishek (a police officer) and Uday Chopra (playing a thief) are reprising their roles from earlier editions, while Aamir plays a villain in Dhoom: 3 and Katrina Kaif is his love interest.
"This time the film is edgier, bigger and better. It has more of emotions. I had fun catching up all the three villains. They operated in different circumstances and are different from each other. Aamir has pushed the envelope. He has gone beyond. I think this will be his most brilliant and memorable role," Abhishek said.
"I remember I was shooting in New Zealand (for another film) when Aamir called up saying 'he is excited, enthusiastic to work in Dhoom: 3. I did not even know that Dhoom: 3 was coming up. He is like a child on the sets. It is wonderful to see a brilliant man like him work. You learn so much by just watching him work. It was a pleasure working with him."Junior Bachchan was speaking at the trailer launch of Dhoom: 3.
The 37-year-old actor, who hurt himself recently while working out in gym, said he was fine now.
"I had a torn tendon in my elbow. My health is fine, elbow is much better", he said.
