Acting Is Less Stressful Than Filmmaking, Says Farah Khan

Mumbai: Choreographer-turned-filmmaker FarahKhan, who will make her acting debut in filmmaker Sanjay LeelaBhansali's film Shirin Farhad, says being an actress is alltogether a different ball game and is not as stressful whencompared to making a film.

"When you are behind the camera everything is your stressspecially when you are a producer and everything is going fromyour pocket and you are worried. When you are in front of thecamera you just go there and do your job well. You don't haveto worry about where the money will come and this much or thatmuch amount money has been spent and all that," she said onthe sidelines of the launch of the fourth season ofEntertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Larega.

Farah will play the leading lady in Bhansali's next homeproduction which will be directed by his sister Bela.

"It is a different experience in a way that I will haveto actually go there and be someone else. This is somethingwhich I have never done as I have always been myself whether Iam doing a reality show or a judge I have been Farah Khan. Butin the film I have to be Shirin Fulawala. I think at this ageit is good to be doing really something different and trysomething else," she said.

Farah will share screen space with actor Boman Irani whowill play her husband in the film which is the love story of aParsi couple.

"Shooting for the film will begin in October. I will bedoing workshops for the film," she said.

Meanwhile, Farah is busy with her television assignments.Apart for hunting for talent for Star Plus's dance-basedreality show 'Just Dance' along with ace choreographerVaibhavi Merchant and actor Hrithik Roshan, she will alsojudge Entertainment Ke Liye Kuchh Bhi Karega on Sony withAnu Malik.
