The condition of renownedMalayalam film actor Thilakan, who was admitted to a privatehospital here on August 23 following a heart attack, continuesto be critical, according to doctors attending on him.
Thilakan (74) was admitted to a hospital at Thrissur onAugust 21 after he collapsed during the shooting of a newfilm. He was then shifted to the hospital here.
Hospital sources said besides having cardiac problems,Thilakan was suffering from pneumonia. The actor has been puton ventilator since yesterday, they said.
