The 39-year-old former model and synchronized swimmer was arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of felony drunk driving after she crashed her Toyota Prius into parked cars, TMZ reported.
Warren was arrested around 11 pm Monday near her home in the 600 block of Harper Avenue in West Los Angeles. The former Victoria's Secret model and Maxim's hottest woman of 2000, showed signs of intoxication.
When she was detained, she wiggled out of her handcuffs, kicked the officer and tried to run out of the police station.One law enforcement source said, "She was really hammered."
"She was uncooperative and demanding," the representative added.
As a result, Warren will likely face escape charges in addition to assault, hit and run and DUI charges.
The actress was released in the afternoon after posting bail at $100,000, according to the LA County Sheriff's Department website.
