New Delhi : Adam Levine wants to wait longer to become a father as he doesn't think he could be a good parent right now.
The Maroon 5 front man admitted that although he wants to start a family in the future, he is still like a child himself at the moment.
He said: "I think I've got a few years before a family happens, if I'm honest. It's going to happen, inevitably. I love kids and I want a family but I wouldn't be able to be a very good father right now so I'm going to wait until I can be."
Adam - who stars as a judge on the American 'The Voice' television show with Cee Lo Green, Christina Aguilera and Blake Shelton - revealed that his schedule is far too busy to squeeze in having children.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I'll slow it down when I have a family. I'm 33 but I'm still a baby in a lot of ways, the way that I act especially."
The Moves Like Jagger singer's current love interest is Victoria's Secret underwear model Behati Prinsloo.
