The Internet is not entirely sure if the "baby" of Alia Bhatt's post is actually a "junior Kapoor," as the paparazzi put it, or Brahmastra, which releases in September. Some comments on Alia's post suggest that she and Ranbir Kapoor, who married in April, are on publicity duty for their film.

If so, it's a fairly elaborate campaign involving members of Alia and Rambir's families. "Our cup runneth over," Alia's mother Soni Razdan wrote in an Instagram Story.

Ranbir Kapoor's sister Riddhima wrote in her Instagram Story: "My babies are having a baby."

Alia's sister Shaheen Bhatt shared a picture of Alia and Ranbir captioned, "Mom and dad." Riddhima left a comment on the post that read, "Oh hello maasi."

Brahmastra, directed by Ayan Mukerji, also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. It releases on September 9.
