The Internet is unusually busy today because Ranveer Singh dropped a few glimpses of his Gucci-special look. The 35-year-old actor is known for his flamboyant sense of fashion - a reputation he intends to live up to. Ranveer Singh, known for confusing the fashion police, stepped out on Instagram today, wearing head-to-toe Gucci pieces. What particularly caught the Internet's attention is Ranveer's long hair, flowing beyond his shoulders, in the photos. Ranveer Singh's look appears to be dedicated to Gucci's Creative Director Alessandro Michele, who sports long hair in real life. For the photoshoot, Ranveer accessorized with rather unusual pieces, blurring the norms of gender specific fashion - an extravagant gold neckpiece and a handbag from Gucci's Jackie 1961 collection.
Needless to say that Ranveer Singh's quirky look started a ROFL meme fest on Twitter. The actor's wife Deepika Padukone was invoked too - one user hilariously pointed out that Ranveer's reflection in the mirror, with long hair and all, looks somewhat like Deepika's. Ranveer, dressed in metallic blue separates and thick-framed glasses also reminded some of a 21st century version of Alauddin Khilji.
